Cows, mountain coats, ibex and other animals had absolutely no problems with departing jets in Meiringen. Some Hotels in Brienz and the big complex in Giessbach thinks different and uses courts to fight against the airfield.
Once more they had lost, this time at the Federal Administrative Courte (FAC) on September 15th, 2017.
The oppenents criticised the noise pollution and the method of determing it. All aspects are rejected by the FAC, now the opponents will take supreme court.
